Abstract :
This paper presents a speed fluctuation reducing method for sensor-less PMSM-compressor system in air-conditioners. The rotor speed and position are estimated based on model reference adaptive system(MRAS) method. A combined control method for the q-axis reference current is proposed to resolve the dilemma of PI tuning problems in conventional vector control system and reduce the speed fluctuation. Simulation and experimental results show the good performance of the proposed method
