Abstract :
Three-level inverter has become the focus of research in power electronics. Based on the research of the three-level topology, this paper provides the running parameters and waveforms in different nodes of inverter, presents a reference to design a reliable system and choose proper semiconductors. A three-level inverter control system model is proposed and simulated in PSIM (powerSIM), as well as the relative waveforms and data of simulation are in detail. At one time, the running parameters and waveforms in real experiments based on the design are given. By comparison, the effectiveness of this control system was proved. Also the ordinary methods of semiconductor choosing are presented
