Abstract
Due to the loss of Kronecker-delta property in meshless shape functions, the imposition of essential boundary conditions is a key issue. In this work, two boundary condition treatments are proposed in the meshless local Petrov-Galerkin method and successfully applied for electromagnetic field computations. Detailed comparison analysis leads to a general overview on the existing techniques. The effectiveness and comparison investigation are demonstrated by several electromagnetic numerical problems
