Abstract
Summary form only given. The concept of the double magnetic vortex process with central core tube (DMVT) outlined by the author earlier under the universal plasma energy model (1991) incorporates current loops and rings. The process is an interaction between sources, flows, fields and reflectors for the distribution of energy. Thus, when the Galaxy is viewed as a reflector, transverse flux flow tubes of the DMVT process drive energy from sources beyond Galaxy. The Galaxy, under the influence of magnetic fields, traps the energy through current loops and plasma rings around the core tube. Alfven (1981) has given thrust to the four-mode currents in galaxies and Goldstein (1992) analysed the magnitudes of currents of -10/sup 12/ A trapped in loops along with high electromagnetic energy -10/sup 41/ ergs in SN 1987 A. Superimposition of the DMVT process over the spiral process of the Galaxy helps to analyse electromagnetic beam and flash mode currents for distribution of energy and matter as a link to stellar and solar plasmas.
