Abstract
The work compatibility is an integrated work design criterion that improves different aspects of human performance in a workplace. A neural network model has been developed for the work compatibility matrix. Operating zones have been established in which an employee can perform with a good performance and sustainability. A survey has been conducted and an application example has been provided to demonstrate the applicability of the human performance optimization model
