Abstract :
Coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (CARS) and sum-frequency generation (SFG) microscopy are combined on the same platform. Simultaneous SFG imaging of astroglial filaments and CARS imaging of myelin sheath in spinal cord are shown.
