The following topics are dealt with: measurement and modelling of integrated circuit susceptibility; measurement and modelling of integrated circuit emission; EMC issues in system-on-chip, system-in-package, smart power and wireless communications integrated circuits; signal integrity and power integrity on PCB level; EMC-aware integrated circuit design and guidelines; and tools to handle EMC at integrated circuit level.
