  • Abstract
    The induction broken-bars fault diagnosing instrument is achieved using a digital signal processor. The noninvasive, computationally efficient method for stator current signature analysis is discussed in this paper. The proposed controller, being a programmable digital circuit, is highly reliable and flexible. This paper demonstrates the application of digital signal processors in the instrument.
