Abstract :
The spiral winding laminating technology for making motor core has been one of the keenly interested topics. This paper introduced the crucial technology of spiral winding technology for outward radial toothed rotor core in new type of motor. It discussed the force condition and deformation law of the toothed steel strip during the spiral winding. It puts forward the structural scheme of driving & leading device, and concludes direct helps for further research and development for special spiral winding equipments & post-processing of outward radial toothed rotor (orstator) cores.
