Abstract :
The torque measurement is one of important contents of transmission line. The non-contact torque measurement method with high precision and high stability is one of hotpots that research machine quantity measurement in various countries today. Therefore, research on a non-contact torque sensor based on screw-type differential transformer is put forward. The principle of this measurement method and relative structure are introduced in this paper. The experiment results show; the measurement principle is feasible; the designed torque sensor has better linearity and consistency; repeatability precision is less than or equal to 0.5%
