Abstract :
This paper presents a method to solve nonlinear equation systems by using a Hopfield neural network. The problem of solving equation systems is transformed to a kind of quadratic optimization. A new type of Hopfield neural network is proposed via a Chua-Lin network that is used to solve this quadratic optimal problem. To avoid getting local minimal value, a further discussion is also given
