Abstract :
In this paper a fuzzy logic approach is applied to the planning process in strategic management. In order to determine the position of a company on market and to recommend future strategies, the data describing business position have been fuzzified and a set of strategies together with their degrees of membership have been obtained as an output. Special attention is paid both to determination of less obvious rules in fuzzy rule table and to the shape of the membership functions
