Abstract :
Coke oven heating system is the large inertia, nonlinear, time delay, time-varying coupling and models difficult to accurately establish characteristics. A feedforward, feedback and combination of fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy is proposed. A fuzzy controller is designed to achieve. The controller has three kinds of control over the advantages. Coke oven heating system for fast response, anti-disturbance ability, adaptive good and has strong robustness. Coke oven temperature control problem is solved. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the control scheme is the feasibility and effectiveness.
