  • Abstract
    This paper presents VisualJCLEC, a visual framework based on JCLEC for Evolutionary Computing. In order to have a high degree of adaptability, the architecture and pattern design followed are focused on enhancing the flexibility and scalability. For illustrative purposes, a case study of an optimization classical problem (the knapsack problem) using this framework is presented, as well as some guidelines on how to add new elements to the environment by means of CDL descriptors.
