Abstract
With the theory and method of rough sets, which could be used to discretize the performance evaluation index of oil supply chain enterprise, design decision-making table, establish heuristic attribute reduction algorithm, the performance evaluation index system of oil supply chain enterprise was optimized and reduced. Then, by use of the data envelopment analysis (DEA) model, the relative effectiveness of 26 year input-output case (decision-making unit) was analyzed, the reasons of poor performance were found, and the management information about how to adjust the input-output index was put forward. In addition to, the imperfection of performance evaluation index system and irrationality of statistical data is analyzed.
