Abstract :
The design of very low voltage integrated filters based on the MOS translinear principle and therefore suitable for standard CMOS processes is addressed in this work. The combination of a simple synthesis method based on a component substitution and the innovative topologies employed leads to a practical and efficient approach to low-voltage CMOS filter design. Simulation results demonstrate the proposed techniques
