Abstract :
Based on the process of the normal stress approach and ANSYS software, the paper discusses the methods of fatigue life prediction and structural strength of steel wheel under the bending condition. Comparing with theoretical computation result and practical application, the method has been proved correctly and is useful for the design and optimization of steel wheel.
