Abstract :
A two dimension color analyzer is described in this paper. This instrument measured the XYZ tristimulus values of object and figures out chromaticity coordinate by the mono area-scan CCD, each cell of the CCD is calibrated to XYZ color sense with three sets of switching filters. The imaging color analyzer takes XYZ three picture of the object and calculates the color coordinates at different points of the image. So it is quite suitable to form a system with this imaging color analyzer to measure color and brightness uniformity of multiple points at the same time, especially to dashboard characters and backlight modules. This color-measuring system is small in size and can measure samples fast and precisely.
