Abstract :
Design philosophy of dual-clutch automatic transmission (DCT) shift law was defined; utilizing theoretical calculation of vehicle fuel-consuming model and vehicle dynamic model and the weighting method, combining parameter of the vehicle and engine drive model shift law of dual-clutch automatic transmission was defined. Under CAT-7300-D-P environmental chamber, using RPL1229/12C dynamometer machine and Five gas emissions analyzer many experiments and corrections were finished, the result shows fuel-consuming of the vehicle with DCT in the drive model is lower than 5MT under urban operation environment.
