Abstract :
In the paper, the characteristics of recycle economy in China are analyzed. According to the theory and practice of recycle economy in China and international experiences, the development pattern of recycle economy covers industrial development pattern and regional development pattern. The strategy and legislations mode are established for promoting recycle economy. The recommendations are proposed to build resource-efficient and environmental-friendly society.
