            Abstract :
In a research project the transportation of objects in production systems is realized by throwing and capturing. At the current state of the work, objects with masses up to 100 g are thrown over distances of 3 m. In the current approach the positions of the flying objects are measured on their trajectories by a camera system and a robot is directed to a variable capturing point. In this paper a new approach is considered, were the objects shall be thrown with direct hits into a capturing device which is in a fix position. To meet such a capturing device in a predefined position the throwing device has to launch the objects in a certain angle and with a certain speed. In this paper a method is presented, which allows the determination of these launching parameters for such throws.
