  • Abstract
    A research method of side-tipping rigid characteristic of hydro-pneumatic suspension is presented. The diagram of double tube hydro-pneumatic spring is given. With regard to the structural feature of double tube hydro-pneumatic spring, the chamber pressure and rigid are deduced through the equation of state of real gas. Meanwhile, the equations that calculate the vertical and side-tipping rigid independent hydro-pneumatic suspension are completed, it disclosure the nonlinear performance of gas spring. The elastic characteristic of sample is tested and is compared with the analytic solution of the equation so as to validate the correctness of this research method. At the same time, the research on the influence rule relevant parameter on side-tipping rigid characteristic of hydro-pneumatic spring is developed, and the conclusion offers reference to the design of hydro-pneumatic suspension.
