Abstract
Guaranteed cost control problem has been defined and formulated in this paper. Solution of guaranteed cost control for a class of nonlinear systems is given. Its convergence and stability properties for a stationary system are also discussed. In methodology, the guaranteed cost approach is similar to the Lyapunov second method. The difference is the former includes both stability and system performance into consideration.
