Abstract :
This short paper describes briefly how research in system sciences is oriented in France, and the organisation involved in it. It shows that such means exist in several countries and that the main problem of planning is more in the correct choice of good subjects well adapted to criteriums like social adequation than in setting up new coordination structures, that often already exist..... The author does not try to give any advice on adequation of these organisations to the goals, they pursue, but want to give, through this explioit description of an existing system, a basis to the oral discussions of the panel.
