Abstract :
In this paper, introduction of chemical production and its purification is given first. With the analysis of the need of temperature control system, the instrument circuit design is decided. The instrument software is designed by using layered method. Functional modules are programmed such as measurement, man-machine interaction, display, data record. Integral separated PID is used as control methods. The temperature control experiment shows that the instrument has achieved the desired objectives.
