            Abstract : 
Paper is presented the theory of influence of the external electric field E on propagation of Lamb waves in thin piezoelectric sheets. Basic equations and boundary conditions are used to obtain some formulas for computer simulation. E-influence on properties of Lamb waves propagating in piezoelectric Bi12GeO20 crystal sheet has been investigated.
