Abstract
This paper presents a new security architecture and its associated security management for the core part of CS-2. Based on a precise and concise approach to identify the different security features needed, adequate key exchange protocols and security mechanisms are proposed and investigated to address the different commercial, regulatory and real time constraints of the IN environment
