Abstract :
This paper analyzes the working principle of grate cooler system and the main factors that affect the efficiency of grate cooler system. By applying the improved BP(back propagation) algorithm in neural network modeling, make the neural network predicts the grate chamber pressure, then modify the grate speed value that obtained by the fuzzy controller to control the grate chamber pressure. The field application shows that the proposed control algorithm is superior to traditional PID control algorithm.
