Abstract :
Multi-echelon repair and inventory management is important for a service parts repair and distribution system. Simulate model is an efficient way to study the mechanism of the complex system. In this paper, we firstly designed the input database concerning the support organization, the systems, the items and the support scheme. We then developed fundamental function module of support organization and Statistics module based on ExtendSim software. Finally, we assembled the above fundamental function module and constituted an integrated simulation model for multi-echelon repair and inventory system. The numerical experiments prove the correctness and rationality of the simulation model.
