  • Abstract
    In high temperature melt viscosity test instrument, the accuracy of the temperature control is an important guarantee for viscosity test. This paper proposes an adaptive fuzzy PID control for the temperature process control. In order to improve the heating speed and the temperature control precision, the grading control strategy is used during the low temperature section, and the adaptive fuzzy PID control is used during the section of the temperature deviation to the set temperature being small. The method can ensure the control precision. Simulation and experiments indicate that the control algorithm can improve the system dynamic performance and ensure the control precision.
