Abstract
A high speed bandpass continuous-time biquad filter is implemented in a 0.8 μm BiCMOS technology. It demonstrates a wide range of frequency tunability from 25 MHz-110 MHz. The filter intermodulation distortion stays below -52 dB at 50 MHz with 100 mVp input differential signals. The power consumption (f0=50 MHz) is 90 mW with a single 5 V supply
