Abstract :
Although wavelets have been studied for many years ago by mathematicians (Calderon and Zygmund, 1952). Last ten years have seen in explosion of applications in engineering. Wavelets have successfully applied in many areas of signal processing such as image processing, speech processing, data compression, subband coding and multiresolution analysis. This paper presents a method to generate wavelets using a Laguerre analog adaptive filter
