Abstract
To meet the performance of high precision and stability of liquid mixture regulating system, an improved fuzzy PID control algorithm was put forward. (This article describes the conventional PID algorithm and fuzzy control basic theory,) The fuzzy PID controller is designed to regulate the electric flow (control) valve (to open). The Fuzzy toolbox and Simulink toolbox were introduced to perform simulation experiments of fuzzy PID and common PID. The simulation results show that the problem of parameter uncertainties had been completely solved. It is concluded that the control system has high accuracy, good numerical stability, small overshoot and self-adjusting performance with the improved algorithm.
