Abstract :
In tracked vehicles, the power system´s narrow pace and the high rotating power shaft lead to test load difficult. In this paper, the wireless testing device and clamping ring type torque sensor are designed to solve this problem. The Weibull function is used to test the load spectrum´s probability distribution. The frequency spectrums are calculated by a new rain- flow counting method. Finally, the different levels load spectrum areset up for tracked vehicle,s design and test.
