            Abstract : 
The problem of multicriterial planning in the two-level economic control system with vectorial criteria of optimisation for the whole system and its subsystems is considered. Procedures of finding optimal decision according to Pareto with the participation of persons responsible for decision making on the first and the second levels of the hierarchy are proposed for two cases of ranking of individual criteria for the whole system and its subsystems. The multicriterial problem is transformed to the onestaged problem of mathematical programming by means of introducing of the compromise functionals. The estimations of their coefficients are obtained.
