Abstract :
With the shortage of wireless spectrum , variable spectrum management is payed close attention to for it can enhance spectrum utilization. Variable spectrum management carry out the limited spectrum resource based on spectrum sensing. This paper put forward one variable spectrum management formula based spectrum cluster. The paper brings up dynamical spectrum formula focus on spectrum cluster base on the model of central spectrum management. This model´s key idea is to set spectrum band into different spectrum cluster according to signals different characters, then spectrum cluster can be divided into a number of small bands, last every band also can be divided into a number of channels. Every CR user access into several bands of someone spectrum cluster´s small band by adopting (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) OFDM modulation way which has better spectrum use ratio and anti-interference performance. The paper analyses the principle of this model in detail, then get its advantages and disadvantages.
