Abstract
As a traditional type of enterprise form, family business is playing a significant role in economic development at present, the research on which is of great importance. This paper reviews the main advances in the research of family business in China, with emphasis on the definition, management structure, evolution path of family business. At last, this paper puts forward some problems that scholars are facing and proposes future work that would enable the research of family business to be rational and practical.
