Abstract :
As to solve the problems of highly conflict in evidence synthesis, we propose a new combination method based on Murphy´s method and Deng´s weighted averaging method. The new method uses Murphy method to determine the weight of evidence, and calculate the distance of evidences under the modified City Block distance norm. Then we can get the support degree of evidences and use Dempster´s method to realize the information fusion after normalizing the support degree of each evidence. Experimental results show that this method not only can fuse the highly conflict evidence effectively, but also identify the target more quickly.
