Abstract :
In today´s highly competitive wireless marketplace, carriers have to offer user-friendly innovative services to gain a competitive advantage. Furthermore, subscribers desire services that are easily or automatically customized to their specific needs and environment. This presentation examines how this can be achieved by synergistically leveraging the capabilities inherent in emerging technologies such as the wireless application protocol (WAP) and the wireless intelligent network (WIN)
