Abstract

How to promote the overall machining capability of a manufacturing enterprise based on workshop level manufacturing system (WLMS) reconfiguration, has puzzled people for many years. Firstly, function decomposition iteration model of WLMS was analyzed. Then, function-behavior and function-structure model of WLMS were built and described in the form of drawing. Lastly, based on netting methodology, concrete fuzzy clustering method of WLMS was illustrated through importing mutual factor analysis table of module structure, meanwhile the results shows that the method put forward here is wonderful in maneuverability, and can satisfy some practical requirements of current manufacturing enterprise.
