Abstract :
In this paper, we have measured the prompt emitting regions of 44 low-luminosity and 14 short gamma-ray bursts (GRBs). According to our analysis we suspect that the short GRBs may arise from a smaller radius region based on the typical internal shock model, while the low-luminosity GRBs could be produced by the external shocks, the turbulences or the electromagnetic materials.
