Abstract :
The evaluation of knowledge worker´s competence has a lot of uncertainties and incompleteness, it cannot be estimated by an exact numerical value, and it is affected by subjective preference, so the evaluation becomes more difficult. In this paper, we proposed an evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and grey system theory to deal with the evaluation the competence of knowledge worker under an uncertain environment. At first, the indices system is constructed on the competence of knowledge worker. Then the process of multi-level grey evaluation method is established to evaluate the competence of knowledge worker. At last an example illustrates that the multi-level grey evaluation method is simple and effective. Practice has shown that we can get a good affection by using the multi-level grey evaluation method.
