Abstract :
A machine vision method may be used for estimation of garlic size during postharvest processing with the aim of classification of garlic. Such machine vision system enables the garlic growers to efficiently manage and can help increase profits. In this paper a model of linear regression analysis was established and used for the garlic classification, according to the relationship between garlic diameter and other garlic image features.
