Abstract :
An adaptive realization of a reduced-complexity multiuser detector for asynchronous CDMA signals is presented. This detector, termed the projection receiver, is a near-far resistant statistical interference canceller which combines error control decoding with multiuser interference resolution. Theoretical performance bounds, simulation results, and adaptive implementation algorithms are presented
