Abstract
Recently, China has experienced a noteworthy phenomenon among migrant workers characterized by them being "moving but not settled down, settled down but excluded". In the light of the typical sample of migrant farmers, this paper make an in-depth analysis of this phenomenon, through a social statistic multinomial regression analysis method, and the outcome shows the important factors that impact their self-role such as education, salary and so on. Based on the conclusion of the analysis, this paper puts forward recommendations for speeding up the process for migrant farmers to acquire social security rights and accelerate their citizenship process.
