Abstract :
Dynamic testing system for shaft of hybrid power system can monitor the bending vibration and torsional vibration of power shaft in development of hybrid excavator, which can provide experimental basis to examine the dynamic characteristic of shaft. Furthermore, in the normal work of a excavator, dynamic monitoring system can show the working condition of shaft timely. When vibration performance is abnormal, it can issue warnings to stop work of excavator, so as to reduce harm to shaft and to prevent the incident caused by the fracture of working power shaft. In present paper, a dynamic testing system for hybrid power shaft was developed, and its components was mainly introduced. Moreover, the torsion vibration characteristics of the flexible-jointed hybrid power shaft were tested and analyzed.
