  • Abstract
Factor analysis is a statistical method used to uncover relationships among many variables. Factor analysis could be used to separate the information gained about the interdependencies variables, helping reduce a large number of variables to a smaller number of factors for modeling purposes. It is becoming more and more popular in socio-economics statistics. This paper, based on mathematical statistics and data analysis, evaluates the tertiary industrial development level in Lucheng District of Wenzhou, benefit for deep understanding Lucheng District´s tertiary industrial status, and provide the decision-making for the further investment.
