            Abstract : 
The finite element analysis on steel frames-steel plate shear wall with slit on the seismic waves, EL Centro, 400cm/ are conducted. The results showed that the thickness of steel plate has a significant impact on seismic performance on the steel frame-steel plate shear wall with slit. With the thickness decreasing, the vertex displacement and base shear increase, and the size of hysteresis curves become larger.
