Abstract :
In this study, we developed a screw-shaped ultrasonic motor comprising bolt-clamped Langevin type longitudinal vibration transducers (BLTs). Three BLTs are installed in the shape of a screw in order to produce complex vibration. The vibration and load characteristics of the motor were measured.
