  • Abstract
    A Co-operation Waste Water Treatment Plants (CWWTPs) model is introduced to solve such problems as dispersed locations, small scale, funds shortage and difficult management in Waste Water Treatment Plants(WWTPs) of small towns. In this model, a main plant can drive other subsidiary plants to cooperate and then, show higher efficiency and less operation costs. To affirm the economic benefit of CooperationWasteWater Treatment Plants of small towns, a cost computing model is foundered to compare economic cost targets as labor cost, purchase cost, construction cost etc. of Co-operation Waste Water Treatment Plants to that in traditional mode. It can be used to judge the probability of forming Co-operation Waste Water Treatment Plants in some small towns. Applying examples are given as well.
